What is HMIS?
The Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), which Council for the Homeless administers, tracks data from local social service providers.

Meetings on the final Friday of every odd month
System Performance Work Group
This meeting for agencies and Clark County and City of Vancouver staff evaluates how our homeless crisis response is meeting performance goals. Topics include reviewing the latest system dashboard reports, Point In Time Count, and how to report system-wide data.
Meetings on the final Friday of every even month
By analyzing how people move through the homeless response system, communities gain a deeper understanding of the patterns, challenges, and barriers individuals face. This insight ensures that interventions are tailored to the unique needs of the community and grounded in the lived experiences of those impacted.
