Council for the Homeless Project Homeless Connect (PHC) 2025
What: Every January, Council for the Homeless, its community partners, and volunteers come together to support our unhoused community members by facilitating a day of service. Volunteers, service providers, and community-based organizations come together in one location to offer free services that may otherwise be hard to come by.
This occurs the same day as the annual Point in Time Count (PIT), a nationwide effort used to inform local resource allocation and identify areas of need for housing and services related to homelessness.
When: January 30, 2025 – 11:00am to 3:30pm
Where: New Life Recovery Services (formerly The Lords Gym), 2410 Grand Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661
Volunteer: Make a difference by volunteering to help check in our guests and ensure they find the services they need.
We have reached volunteer capacity for the event. If you have signed up to volunteer and have questions, contact Iden Campbell at ICampbell@councilforthehomeless.org.
Volunteer sign up closes on January 15, 2025 at 12:00 pm.
Impact Goals: To provide services, resources, and community connection to our unhoused community members. Council is providing these services, resources and a sense of belonging to our whole community to support our efforts to end homelessness in Clark County.
