As a non-profit organization, the mission of Council for the Homeless is to provide community leadership, compelling advocacy, and practical solutions to prevent and end homelessness in Clark County, WA.
Founded to coordinate efforts and activities among the many partners addressing homelessness, the Council organizes advocacy initiatives that improve the lives of our most vulnerable neighbors and provides centralized access to shelter and housing assistance for those in need. We are led by a dedicated Board of Directors and our staff are client-focused and highly-trained in homelessness best practice interventions.
