Housing Solutions Center

The Council for the Homeless Housing Solutions Center is a one-stop access point for people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to connect to the programs and services they need including

A face-to-face assessment to determine which housing program gives them the best chance of success, determine their eligibility, and directly connect them to that best-fit program at a partnering organization. This may include temporary emergency shelter, rental assistance to avoid an eviction, short-term rental assistance to help get back into housing, or rental assistance and supportive services for people with additional needs.

Support from volunteer System Navigators to help them access services such as mental health counseling, healthcare, transportation, childcare or employment resources.

Referrals to landlords willing to rent to people with barriers such as previous evictions.

Free voicemail service making it possible to receive messages from prospective employers, landlords, or loved ones.

Monday thru Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday and Sunday: 11am-2pm
On Federal holidays, the Housing Hotline is open from 11am-2pm.
