Continuum of Care (CoC) Governance Charter approved by Council for the Homeless board
CoCs across the nation are developing boards of directors, operational processes, and increasing formal opportunities for membership recruitment and participation. This includes establishing a Governance Charter. At their January 9, 2014 meeting, the Council for the Homeless board of directors approved the local CoC Governance Charter. The charter establishes a CoC Steering Committee, which will hold its first meeting January 27, 2014.
